What you actually get

The Kopero Tensor Ring is a compact ring of solid copper with a diameter of 4 centimeters. You slide it around the faucet, where it acts passively and continuously on the flowing water. The ring can also be used on its own: on a table, next to a water bottle or glass, near a small personal object, or simply in your hand.

The 4 centimeters is the visible outer diameter of the closed ring. The Sacred Cubit refers to something else: the length of copper the maker measures out before shaping the material into a loop. Within the tensor tradition, fractions of this measurement are also used. This keeps the geometric ratio intact while giving the ring a practical size for a faucet or a single object.

For comparison: a simple circle made from the full Sacred Cubit of roughly 52.3 centimeters would be about 16.7 centimeters wide. That gives a larger working area, but is unwieldy around a kitchen faucet. At 4 centimeters, the Kopero ring stays compact and portable. The open center forms a local field for one stream of water, one object, or one clear intention.

The history of the modern tensor ring goes back to 1991. That year, American metalworker Slim Spurling bent copper wire into his first Light-Life Ring, inspired by the work of Wilhelm Reich and Nikola Tesla. He used the so-called Sacred Cubit from Carl Munck's measurement work. The later American patent application US 2009/0040122 A1 describes full cubit measurements as well as fractions and multiples.

According to tensor principles, a closed copper loop forms a stable, ordering field in and around the open center. Many users experience water that flows through this field as softer and use it for drinking, cooking, or watering plants. A tensor ring does not remove substances the way a water filter does. Within this tradition, it focuses on structuring and harmonizing, and can be used alongside an existing filter.

That a treatment with no additives could do something to water may sound far-fetched, but it has become a serious field of research. In agricultural science, peer-reviewed studies have appeared in which irrigation water passed through a magnetic field made seeds germinate 13 to over 40% faster and raised yields by 20 to 25% in several trials. And that contact with copper measurably changes water has been directly measured: after sixteen hours in a copper vessel, the pH rose from 7.83 to 7.93 (Sudha et al., 2012). The tensor tradition works with a different mechanism, geometry instead of magnets, but starts from the same idea: water responds to its physical environment.

Copper is the material of choice within this tradition because it is easy to shape and, after silver, has the highest electrical conductivity of all metals. The measured length gives the ratio, the closed circle gives the field its shape, and the copper carries that geometry.

The material is analysed by RTC Laboratory in Moradabad, a NABL-accredited lab, tested to ASTM-1621 and IS-228. The measurement came out at 99.21% copper and 0.75% zinc. That zinc is not an additive but a residue of the casting process: it makes the copper marginally stronger and changes nothing else.
