Shipping and delivery
We ship directly from our warehouse in Tilburg, the Netherlands. We ship from Sunday to Friday. Order before 11:30 pm and your parcel goes out on the next shipping day, so a Saturday order leaves on Sunday. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, not on Sundays. Across Europe it usually arrives within two to five days.
Shipping cost and delivery time by country
The delivery time below is the number of delivery days (Monday to Saturday) after dispatch. It is an estimate based on what the carrier normally manages, not a firm commitment.

All amounts include VAT. You also see the shipping cost at checkout, before you complete the order. Within the EU no import duties or other charges are added. If your country is not listed, we do not deliver there yet.
Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel leaves, you get an email with a tracking code. Use it to follow your order on the carrier's site or through our tracking page.
If something goes wrong on the way
Until you, or someone you have named, receives the parcel, the risk is ours. If your order is damaged or lost on the way, we sort it out: you get a new product or your money back. You do not need to take out any insurance.
If you still have not received anything five working days after the dispatch notice, email us at info@kopero.nl. We will chase it with the carrier.
Collection
Collecting in person is not possible. We work from a warehouse, not a shop.
