The pyramids and the tensor ring belong to the part of the copper tradition that is about form rather than drinking. You put them beside water, among plants or on your desk, and in this tradition the form does the work. How to set them up is in how to use the pyramid and how to use the tensor ring.
The pyramid comes in two sizes, 14.56 and 23.56 centimetres, smooth or twisted. The tensor ring is a closed ring of 4 centimetres to go around the tap. Both are solid copper, handmade in India.
Why form and measure matter in this tradition is set out in Shape Power. The history of the pyramid tradition is in pyramid energy, and that of the tensor ring in the story of Slim Spurling.
First the type: a tensor ring fits around the tap, a pyramid sits in a fixed spot at home. Not sure? Read Tensor ring or pyramid.

Two choices, and they are independent. First the size, because that decides what fits underneath. Then the finish, because that decides how the copper catches the light.

The ratio. The two sizes stand in almost exactly the golden ratio.
The finish is about the look. On the smooth pyramid the edges run calmly and unbroken to the apex, so the geometry itself carries the image. On the twisted pyramid the copper runs up each edge as a visible spiral, a second movement laid over the first.
How to set it up and align it is in how to use a copper pyramid.
