Kopero Copper Jug

Lovely jug, I use it daily for water.

Gorgeous piece, also very decorative.

Our tap water is quite hard. After a night in this jug it tastes much softer and simply goes down more easily.

I fill it after dinner and in the morning we have enough for the whole family straight away. Even the children say the water is fresher.

Wow, that typical swimming-pool smell of our tap water is almost gone. That alone makes the jug worth it for me.

Ayurveda led me to water from copper. A whole jug suits my routine better than separate cups, and I genuinely feel good with it in the morning.

The water gets a softer finish. I still make my coffee with fresh water, but for drinking plain I now want this.

At 1.4 litres there's enough water ready in one go for our whole breakfast.

My partner didn't believe a word of it. Now he pours himself a glass first thing every morning, because he prefers the taste too.

The children now call it 'the nice water'. I don't need better proof at home. The water tastes surprisingly soft and clean. Even my mother-in-law asked for a second glass unprompted. That was a great compliment as far as I'm concerned.

On the table it draws attention straight away and we often get nice questions about it.

The deeper patina suits the handworked surface beautifully.
