The British Ministry of Agriculture ran its own Electro-Culture Committee from 1918 to 1936, which reported yield increases of 30 to 50% in field trials. In China, a government-funded electroculture program is running in greenhouses covering more than 3,600 hectares combined: the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences reported 20 to 30% higher vegetable yields there, with 70 to 100% less pesticide use.
